What’s your refund policy?

Because our classes are limited there is a prepay and no refund policy for our classes. However, if there is another class available on a different date that works for you we will be happy to switch you to a different class at no charge!


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable reps are available to answer your questions. Just call our number and someone will be happy to help. If we are extremely busy we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 


What media will I receive my certifications?

Now that the AHA is leaning toward all electronic certifications, your card will be in electronic format. This also makes it easier for you to reprint/forward your certification if you lose it.


When will I receive my certification?

You should receive your certification the same day as the class. They are reserved in the AHA system when you register. If you register for the class the day before the class, it may take 24 hours for the system to update. However, you will receive a certificate stating you completed the class and your certification is on its way to your email address provided, so you are able to show an employer if necessary.


Do you teach very large groups or businesses?

Yes! These classes are scheduled offline. If you need a group rate (more than 5) please call or email us and we will get you a quote within 24 hours. Usually the same day.


Do you come to us?

We can absolutely come to you! If you have 3 or more people that wish to take a class please contact us. There is a small fee, depending on location.


Do you offer community work such as scouting?

Yes! We offer free classes to scouts and their leaders. You only have to pay for the book and the certification! A book is now required for all classes per AHA.


Are you available for short notice classes?

We usually have an instructor available for short notice classes. Please contact us to discuss your needs.


Will you come to Hospitals and Dr.'s offices?

Yes! The medical professionals are our biggest clients. Please contact us with your needs!


Do you offer instructor courses?

No. At this time we do not offer instructor courses. If you are interested in becoming an instructor please contact us and we will get you in contact with an instructor trainer.


Do you hire instructors?

Yes. We do hire instructors to work with us. Please contact us if you are an instructor and may be interested in partnering with us.


How can I get a copy of my card if I lost it?

If you had a paper card and you need a replacement you can go to www.smartheartcpr.com/products and order a replacement card there is a fee. If you had an electronic card and do not remember how to find it you can go to www.heart.org/cpr/mycards and look it up that way for free!
